BOI Concessions

Showcasing Boise Through the Airport's Concessions

The Boise Airport is preparing for an exciting transformation of its dining and retail offerings, as the current Prime Concessionaire agreements overseeing the restaurants, coffee shops and gift shops are set to expire on September 30, 2024. To usher in this new era, the airport will issue a Request for Proposal in January 2024.

In these proposals, a crucial requirement will be the incorporation of local restaurant concepts and products, establishing a connection with the vibrant Boise community. Also included will be a mix of regional and national brands and products to provide passengers and terminal tenants with a diverse array of choices—ensuring that the upcoming concessions program captures the essence of the region.

The Boise Airport would like to bring together major national airport concessions operators and local businesses to give them the opportunity to discuss possible partnerships.

Meet and Greet with Concessions Operators

Operating at an airport can be capital- and labor-intensive. Prime Concessionaire agreements are used in place of standalone agreements to help streamline business operations and allow for economies of scale. If you are interested in discussing the possibility of your brand being showcased in the Boise Airport, we would like to help connect you to the potential operators that may be submitting proposals.
