Taxi PermitsTaxi application forms can be downloaded below or physical copies are available at the Boise Airport Administrative Office (located on the third floor of the airport).
Please return the completed paperwork and payment of $20.00 to the Boise Airport Administrative Office on the third floor of the airport. Permits will issued when the application is received. The Boise Airport Administrative Office is open Monday through Thursday 8am - 4pm (closed on Fridays).
A current business license, vehicle registration, and insurance will be validated through Boise City Clerk’s office. No additional copies are required unless contacted by Boise Airport Accounting.
