Celebrate 100 Years with Us!
Join Boise Airport on Saturday, June 6 for a special behind-the-scenes community event celebrating the airport’s 100th anniversary!
Bring the whole family to experience the airfield up close with interactive activities, aviation exploration and fun for all ages.

- Family-friendly games
- Food trucks
Event location is on the south side of the airfield, easily accessible from the Orchard Exit off I-84.

WHEN: Saturday, June 6
TIME: 11a.m. - 3 p.m.
WHERE: 4640 W Aeronca St.
From I-84, take Exit 52 for Orchard Street. Head south on Orchard for approximately one mile. Turn left onto Aeronca Street (signs will be posted). The event location will be on your left.
PARKING: See information below
WHO: Everyone is invited! This event is free and open to the public. STEM activities are best suited for elementary-aged children.
Know Before You Go:
- This is an outdoor event; please dress for the weather.
- Wear comfortable shoes; you may need to park a short distance away.
- Bring refillable water bottles; a water refill station will be on-site.
- Food is available for purchase from local food trucks.
- All guests may be subject to security screening upon entry.
Event Parking
Businesses around the hangar have graciously offered their parking lots to help support this community event. When turning onto Aeronca Street from South Orchard Street, please watch for parking attendants who will guide you to available parking areas, and follow all posted parking signs.
- Carpooling is encouraged due to limited parking availability.
- Accessible parking will be available onsite.
- A passenger drop-off location will be available near the event entrance.
- Please allow extra time for parking and walking to the event entrance.
